Eng. EMMANUEL M. MAKAKI
Board Chairman
Holder of Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam. 15+ years of experience in wholesale and retail, he brings valuable industry expertise and strategic leadership.
MOSES J. GUMBAH
General Secretary
Hold LLB and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal practices from University of Dar es salaam, he currently serves as Company Secretary with experience in Legal and business aspect with 8 years.
JOSEPH DASTANI MUDU
Managing Executive
Joseph Dastani Mudu was appointed as Managing Executive of MM Connect Ltd in November 2024. He joined the company in 2020 and has a wealth of experience managing retail stores and wholesale business operations. Joseph has extensive expertise in sales and distribution across both retail and wholesale channels. With a background in tax management, he brings strong professional handling to the role. His leadership journey began in 2021 when he was appointed as the Vodacom Shop Manager of the Arusha Flagship Shop, where he delivered tremendous results.
MEDADI MAGAFU DAVID
Human Resource Business Partiner
Medadi Magafu David joined MM Connect Ltd in January 2025 as an HR Business Partner. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy. He has expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and coordinating training initiatives. Medadi designs HR strategies that drive performance while enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
JOSEPHINE LAURENT SIMON
Retail manager
Josephine Laurent Simon is a results-oriented retail professional with over four years in sales and store operations. She holds a degree in Accountancy and brings strong analytical skills to budgeting and store performance improvement. Since joining MM Connect Ltd in 2020, she has delivered outstanding results, leading to her promotion to Retail Manager. She now oversees over 15 stores nationwide, driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and a strong customer focus.
AMOS DANIEL JOSIAH
FWA MANAGER
Amos Daniel Josiah has a strong telecommunications background with over four years in sales and customer acquisition. Since joining MM Connect Ltd in 2018, he has led regional sales initiatives for Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) products. Appointed as Sales Manager for FWA in September 2024, he drives broadband strategy and digital connectivity across Tanzania. His leadership is anchored in innovation and leveraging technology to deliver impactful connectivity solutions.
