Job Title: Sales Executive (30 positions).
Reporting to: Shop Manager.
Department: Sales and Distribution
MM Connect Ltd is seeking 30 highly motivated Sales Executives to enhance customer service and drive sales performance. This role requires individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, persuade, and assist prospective customers at Vodacom touchpoints.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and needs.
- Resolve technical issues related to mobile devices, services, and network connectivity.
- Manage and document customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests by filling SRM logs.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and Vodacom offerings
- Promote Vodacom's products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication of product features and benefits.
- Create LIPA numbers, facilitate KASI internet, SUPA KASI activation, and other related tasks.
- Gather information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Plan and schedule Go-To-Market activities to generate new customers and sustain relationships.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changes in business needs
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for a unified customer experience.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet KPIs.
- Fluent in English and Swahili (both writing and speaking).
- Willingness to work anywhere in Tanzania as determined by Employer.
